In Support of Dr. Karishma Manzur
I am supporting Dr. Karishma Manzur for the candidacy of New Hampshire U.S. Senate for 2026, a seat that has opened since Senator Jeanne Shaheen has decided not to run for reelection.
Manzur is a professional scientist who works in the field of molecular biology and contributes to the scientific community as a researcher and technical writer. She understands that decisions made for the health and welfare of New Hampshire citizens need to be grounded in reason and scientific evidence.
She is a humanitarian and is calling for a ceasefire and end to the war in Iran, and to stop the shipment of arms to Israel that is fueling the oppression of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.
She is in support of Medicare for All, a health care system where U.S. citizens are not denied proper health care regardless of income level or access to a medical insurance plan.
I support Manzur because she has chosen to grow her campaign as a grassroots effort pledging not to take campaign contributions from special interest political action committees including AIPAC. She will represent New Hampshire citizens and speak for them in Washington. Manzur will put people first and model the idea of a representative government governed by the people and for the people.
