Paige Beauchemin for Congress in NH-02
Paige Beauchemin’s campaign for Congress in NH-02 gives voters a real choice about who the Democratic Party is supposed to represent.
I am supporting Beauchemin because her candidacy points toward something Congress badly needs: people with direct experience of the systems they are being asked to govern. She has worked as a nurse, served as a state representative, raised a family and lived much closer to the pressures facing working people than the political class that too often claims to speak for them.
That matters. Too much of our politics is conducted by people who can describe affordability while remaining protected from what unaffordability does. Health care, housing, wages, child care and family life are treated as issues to manage rather than conditions that determine whether people can live with dignity.
This primary should not be treated as a formality. NH-02 voters deserve a real debate about what kind of Democrat should represent us: one shaped by the same institutions that produced the current crisis, or one more willing to challenge corporate power, defend vulnerable communities, fight for working families and speak plainly when too many elected officials hedge.
I believe Paige Beauchemin is the strongest candidate in this race. Her campaign deserves attention because it challenges the assumption that working people should be represented only by people trained to translate their lives into acceptable political language. That is why she has my endorsement.
