I am a U.S. Navy veteran. I did not serve my country only to watch an unhinged authoritarian and his cronies erode civil rights, voting rights and environmental protections that generations fought to secure.
In the richest country in the world, too many people are struggling just to survive. Families face unaffordable health care, low wages, rising housing costs and crushing debt. We are sending men and women to fight unwanted wars and losing veterans to suicide. This is not inevitable — it is the result of a system where too many lawmakers serve wealthy donors instead of the people.
Karishma Manzur offers a different path. As a scientist, she follows facts, not political convenience. She understands that big money in politics is distorting our democracy and is committed to banning congressional stock trading, increasing transparency, and restoring power to voters.
Her priorities are clear: lower the cost of living, fix the housing crisis, guarantee quality affordable health care for all, and invest in workers through fair wages and strong unions. She will defend the Constitution, uphold human rights and pursue a foreign policy centered on peace and accountability — not profits for war contractors.
