A man was injured in a police-involved shooting in Landaff on Thursday afternoon.
Officers received reports that a man was “walking in and out of traffic” around Lost River Road, according to a release from the attorney general’s office. Shots were fired during their interaction, injuring the man.
The man, who was not named, was transported to a local hospital for medical help.
No other information was publicly available. The attorney general’s office investigates any time a police officer uses deadly force to determine whether they are legally justified in their actions.
Three people have died and three have been injured after being shot by police in New Hampshire so far this year.
