Bow, NH – Robert M. Brown, 79, of Bow, NH, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Concord Hospital on June 23, 2026. He was born on October 1, 1946, the oldest of two sons born to Murray and Mary (Minichiello) Brown. As a young man, he lived in Concord, NH, and for the last 47 years he lived in Manchester and Bow, NH.
In 1964, he graduated from Concord High School. Robert served in the military as a member of the Army Reserves. During his career at Bell Atlantic, he was employed as a telecommunications specialist and retired after more than 30 years service. He was a member of the American Rose Society, an avid reader, sports fan and music enthusiast.
Robert leaves behind his beloved son, Craig Adam Brown; his brother Donald Brown and wife Catherine; his nieces Kellie Femino and Katie LeRoy; as well as great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife Marsha J. Brown in 2017.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 4:00-5:30 pm in the Bennett Funeral Home, 209 North Main Street followed by a Celebration of Life at 5:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert’s memory should be made to Community Bridges NH, www.communitybridgesNH.org/donate
