The Concord Police Department is requesting information about a vehicle of interest as detectives continue to investigate a ‘shots fired’ incident downtown last month.

In the early hours of Sunday, June 7, an unknown person shot through the second-floor window of a residence on Sexton Avenue. No one was struck or injured by the bullet, according to police.

Officers responded to the address at 1:20 a.m. and spoke with witnesses but did not discover the shooter. Over the course of their investigation, detectives have identified a vehicle of interest: a white pickup truck last seen driving away from the Thorndike Street area and heading northbound on South Main Street at approximately 1:09 a.m.

Detectives wish to speak with the owner or occupants of the truck.

Concord Police ask that anyone with information about the shooting, vehicle of interest or its occupants contact Detective Paul Shaughnessy at 603-225-8600. Anonymous tips can be submitted using the Concord Regional Crimeline at 603-226-3100.
