A Concord man with a prior child pornography conviction pleaded guilty in federal court this week to possessing child sexual abuse material after investigators traced him to a darknet streaming site.
Concord Police received an investigative report from the Department of Homeland Security in July 2025 concerning “Kidflix,” a streaming platform dedicated to distributing child sexual abuse material, according to court documents filed in the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire.
The investigation revealed that David Dolloff, 50, had paid for a subscription to the site.
In August 2025, Concord Police obtained a warrant to search Dolloff’s home. During the search, officers recovered a thumb drive containing 451 files depicting child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announced that Dolloff pleaded guilty today to a one-count indictment charging him with possession of child sexual abuse material. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in January 2026.
This is not Dolloff’s first brush with the law over child pornography. In 2015, he was convicted in Hillsborough Superior Court of possession of child sexual abuse images. He served time in prison before his release in 2021.
Dollof faces a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison. A federal district court judge will determine his sentence.
The investigation was led by the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Security Investigations division, with assistance from the Concord Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Mike Shannon is prosecuting the case.
