Cambrils plays the victim card
Jose Cambrils again made the front page of the Concord Monitor due to his deceitful actions in 2023 attempting a 40-acre land grab. Again he is playing the “victim” card regurgitating the same rhetoric as he did in 2024 claiming innocence, doing nothing wrong and has done everything “by the book.”
In 2023, Cambrils filed a fraudulent Quitclaim deed. He is the grantor and grantee on the deed. A property must have a grantor and a grantee and they can not be the same person. Unless you are Jose Cambrils. It is no wonder his attorney dropped him realizing who his client was.
Page 6 of Saturday’s paper shows a picture where Cambrils has illegally posted the parcel. Fish & Game, Canterbury PD, take note? RSA 635:4 states only a legal land owner or lessee may post property. Unless you are Jose Cambrils. This is a Class B misdemeanor, according to RSA 635:5. II. The cutting of branches Cambrils references could amount to Timber Trespass. RSA 227-J:8. The physical act of doing this can result in a criminal trespass charge. RSA 635:2.
Cambrils states with complete arrogance that there are only three outcomes to his land grab. One of them being him being “made” the owner of the property (gifted?) by the town. No surprise.
Cambrils has not dropped his bid for the property. Like an arrogant child who didn’t get his way, he once again makes threats to claim the property through adverse possession. Like in 2024.
