NH needs Carleigh Beriont
Local government is where federal decisions affect people’s daily lives. Every day, municipal employees and volunteers keep our communities safe and functioning — fires are suppressed, paramedics revive neighbors, roads are cleared, water is treated, public safety is maintained and children are educated. These services are delivered without fanfare. Local officials in New Hampshire are problem solvers who balance budgets, fix infrastructure and keep towns running.
Government at all levels should operate with the same responsibility and integrity. Instead, federal leaders often bicker while downshifting costs onto municipalities, pushing the burden onto residential property taxpayers. Families, seniors and small businesses are squeezed by rising costs while local taxes climb to cover services federal programs promised — but fail — to fund.
Carleigh Beriont is the Congressional candidate who understands this reality at ground level. As Chair of the Hampton Select Board, she works daily with infrastructure needs, emergency services, and the budget pressures residents face. She knows how federal inaction drives municipal tax rates. Carleigh avoids political theater and focuses on problem solving and results.
New Hampshire needs leaders with honesty, integrity, and practical experience. We urge you to vote for Carleigh Beriont in the Democratic Primary on Sept. 8.
