Visconti/Gonzales a team

This information is directly from the NH General Court voter record to be found at https://gc.nh.gov/house/members/member.aspx?pid=11377. This is a great resource to learn about the people who currently represent us in Concord. It is easy to do your own research.

Mike Visconti and Ernesto Gonzales, both candidates for the NH State Legislature, representing the City of Franklin, are appearing on shared lawn signs and promoting their candidacies as a team which indicates to me that they are like minded. Mr. Visconti has not previously served, thus no voting record. He is, however, sponsored by NH Liberty Alliance which gives insight into his political leanings, and we can assume those of Mr. Gonzales by association.

Ernesto Gonzales pledged to represent the people of Franklin; thus, I was dismayed to see that he has missed nine voting sessions, twice in March, three times in May and miscellaneous others, listed as “Not Voting/Not Excused.” He was not present for 120 votes.

Mr. Gonzales missed two votes with major impact on the city. HB 1817 — EFA kids are now allowed to take EFA money away from our school yet take classes and extracurricular in our public school for no charge. The second, HB 1300, which is the ballot question for November, will place a cap on school budgets, challenging for Franklin because we already have a tax cap. Where was his voice for our children?
