Who are the Free Staters?
In the Sept. 17 Monitor, a writer asked how one could identify which candidate might be a Free Stater. If a candidate is already in office, go to granitestatematters.org and click on ‘ID Anti-Democracy Candidates.’ This will bring you to a page that will show you ways you may be able to identify a Free Stater, but the factual piece is on the same page when you click on Liberty Alliance; a group that grades NH’s House and Senate members by the way they have voted on various bills during the past years.
You will find that an “A” grade means they are following the Free State agenda perfectly and then the grades tumble down and down to finally those politicians receiving an “F’ signifying a candidate who is likely voting for what is best for the citizens of New Hampshire and not for the Free State Project.
If a candidate is not an incumbent, then do some simple research by Googling his/her name and asking questions whenever possible. Personally, I no longer vote for any candidate for any office unless I know who they are.

Speaker Jeanne Dietsch, former NH State Senator, has spent the past six years working with groups to raise awareness about the Free State agenda. This event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters or the Kearsarge-Sunapee area, a non-partisan organization because this issue is a non-partisan issue.
