A Warner man, 19, is facing several felony charges after police say he raped and threatened an underage girl and kept her against her will at a residence where he was staying on South State Street in Concord.
Lucien Eastman, 19, was indicted by a grand jury after the Concord Police Department investigated incidents alleged to have occurred in April 2025. According to an affidavit, Eastman is said to have forced the girl to hide in the attic during a police visit. The girl had been reported as missing in late March.
Eastman is facing aggravated felonious sexual assault, strangulation, domestic violence, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and criminal restraint charges.
Police seized Eastman’s teal-colored SCCY handgun, which matched the description provided by the girl. They also examined Snapchat messages from Eastman’s cell phone in which he apologizes to the girl for hurting her.
An arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 20.
