Cinde Warmington serves opioid industry
I was proud to work with Gov. Kelly Ayotte this past term. As a resident of Bedford and a state representative, we worked to deliver real results for New Hampshire families. Some accomplishments include enacting a new bail law to ensure violent criminals are put behind bars. We worked on HB 1252, which made our roads safer by ensuring all CDL drivers could pass an English test so they can understand the rules of the road. We delivered a balanced budget that gave more money to our towns and record funding for public schools. Gov. Ayotte has governed responsibly and has spent her career working to make New Hampshire a safe and affordable place.
Gov. Ayotte’s opponent, Cinde Warmington, has a much different record. Warmington has spent her career working to advance the opioid industry. Warmington worked so hard to advance the agenda of Purdue Pharma, the makers of OxyContin, that she lobbied against New Hampshire State Police and NH DHHS. This point is important because Warmington lies to Granite Staters to excuse her work by stating she didn’t know the dangers at the time. That is clearly false. Warmington tried lie #2 by stating she was given this client by her law firm. WMUR reported this week that Bill Shaheen, Warmington’s boss, stated that he couldn’t control the clients his employees represented. Warmington’s lies are catching up to her, and Democrats up and down the ticket will share a ballot with a lying opioid lobbyist.
Good luck to them!
