Why I support Liz Boucher for School Board
I am writing to express my strong support for Liz Boucher’s reelection to the Concord School Board for Zone B (Wards 5, 6 and 7).
Liz is exactly the type of person I want representing my family on the School Board. As the parent of children at Christa McAuliffe School and Rundlett Middle School, Liz understands the practical realities of raising children in Concord.
When Liz sees a need in the community, she steps up to meet it. A clinical dietitian at New Hampshire Hospital, Liz helped found the Family Center Market, a local food pantry to support Christa McAuliffe School families and others in need. Liz has volunteered as a soccer coach for the past six years, and she is an active volunteer with Moms Demand Action.
Liz demonstrated her expertise and dedication during her first three years on the School Board. Liz served on numerous committees and now chairs Capital Facilities while serving as Board Secretary. Liz inherited the prior Board’s decision to move the middle school from its current location. Listening to her constituents, Liz helped reverse the prior decision, and now the middle school is being rebuilt at its current site at Rundlett.
Liz cares deeply about the students, families, educators and the broader Concord community, and we are fortunate to have her serve on the School Board.
