Trump on the ballot
Donald Trump wants us to pretend that he’s on the ballot. Works for me. Since his name won’t literally appear, we must think “Donald Trump” each time we see a Republican’s name on the ballot. Trump is the head of the Republican Party, after all.
Each time we see a Republican on the ballot, think of Trump’s corruption, which benefits him and his family, as prices for food, fuel, rent and mortgage payments skyrocket for regular Americans.
Think of Republicans who impose disastrous tariffs and start an un-winnable war against Iran. Think of Republicans as pedophile protectors who never say “no” to Putin or Netanyahu.
Think of Republicans as giving tax cuts to billionaires, while ballooning the federal deficit, destroying the East Wing and the Reflecting Pool.
Think of Republicans as attacking free speech and supporting data centers. Think of them as pathological liars who have destroyed our economy, our relations with allies and our standing in the world.
Donald Trump is on the ballot. His name is “Republican.”
