Citizens Bank is accepting applications from nonprofits for crucial financial literacy services that help consumers manage their money better. Eligible activities for the Citizens Helping Citizens Manage Money financial literacy initiative include basics of banking and asset building, budgeting, homeownership counseling, foreclosure prevention, credit management and repair programs, and financial management for small businesses. Eligible nonprofits in the communities served by Citizens Bank should submit an online application by Jan. 20.

The Aviation Museum of New Hampshire in Londonderry is seeking volunteers in the areas of greeting visitors and giving tours, cataloging artifacts, planning and conducting educational programs, conducting research on historical subjects, gift shop sales, collecting admission fees, and assisting with records and correspondence. Volunteers who can work a minimum of one four-hour shift a week for a total of 16 hours a month are especially desired, but any volunteer time is appreciated.
