A Seabrook man is accused of driving impaired in a single-car crash Saturday afternoon in Bow.
Police say Kevin Corbin Jr., 32, fled the crash scene on Bow Center Road, but the Bow police dog, Roxy, was able to track him to the area of Brown Hill Road, where he was arrested.
Corbin faces charges of driving while intoxicated (subsequent offense), conduct after an accident, and reckless operation in connection with the incident, which was reported at 2:30 p.m. According to police, he was driving at a high rate of speed before he lost control of the car, causing it to strike a tree.
He refused bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Concord’s district court. N.H. Probation and Parole also held Corbin on a 72-hour detainer.
Bow police were assisted by New Hampshire State Police and Dunbarton Police Department.
Police ask anyone with information about Corbin’s driving prior to the crash to contact them at 228-1240 or to email Sgt. Arthur Merrigan at amerrigan@bownnh.gov.
