Concord native Hannah Hirschfeld of Bowdoin College women’s lacrosse was recently named an All-American selection by the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Association.
Hirschfield, a senior, earned second-team recognition by scoring a team-best 64 points, including 43 goals with a team-high 21 assists and 35 ground balls. The St. Paul’s School graduate finished her Bowdoin career with 138 points and 100 career goals.
She was joined on the All-America team by teammate Eliza Denious, who garnered third-team honors. Bowdoin finished the 2018 campaign with a 14-6 record, ending the year as the NESCAC runner-up and advancing to the third round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.
