Jason Leblebijian hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning, leading the New Hampshire Fisher Cats to a 3-2 win over the Altoona Curve on Saturday in Manchester.
Chris Smith got Chris Stewart to ground out with a runner on first to end the game for his 14th save of the season.
The home run by Leblebijian scored Derrick Loveless and was the game’s last scoring play.
In the top of the third, Altoona took the lead on a home run by Elvis Escobar that scored Stewart. New Hampshire answered in the fifth inning when Rowdy Tellez hit a solo home run.
Brady Dragmire (4-5) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Jhondaniel Medina (2-2) took the loss in the Eastern League game.
