■The Concord City Council set a public hearing for Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. at 37 Green St., to receive input on establishing a new Penacook Branch Library and Community Center, by appropriating $1,3 million for the acquisition of real estate to be developed at 76 Community Dr. Documents related to the public hearing are available on the City of Concord website, www.concordnh.gov. We will provide all of the gingerbread and decorating supplies, you bring the creativity.
