NH Democrats and Republicans should do something for TSA
The New Hampshire Democratic and Republican parties often tout the willingness to be generous in bipartisanship — or rather they used to. This would be a good time to do just that.
I propose both organizations take some of the funds they would have wasted on a candidate’s fundraiser brunch, signs or buttons and get together with each other. Call the Manchester airport TSA and find out how many agents are there. I know they rotate around New England. Purchase Visa gift cards, grocery gift cards and dining gift cards to be dispersed among the agents in the name of New Hampshire bipartisanship.
Even if the TSA gets funded tomorrow, agents are still in terrible need of funds. I propose both parties do something that will not only look good, it will actually be the right thing to do.
