Concord police arrested a 20-year-old Manchester man last week after he threatened and injured people in three separate instances last month.

Jayden Ballam-Quiah was charged with breach of bail and two counts of robbery, as well as two counts of criminal threatening, one a misdemeanor and the other a felony, according to the Concord Police Department.

At around 6:50 p.m. on March 4, police officers responded to a man lying down on the road at West Street and Badger Street. The man appeared to have been run over, and police later learned he had been dragged by a car. He was transported to Concord Hospital for treatment, according to police.

Later the same evening, at approximately 10:20 p.m., officers responded to a call about a suspicious person on Loudon Road. A driver reported that a man pointed a firearm with a laser at their car.

Almost a week later, around 6:40 p.m. on March 10, officers responded to a report of a robbery on Ellsworth Street. An individual reported having been approached by a car with three occupants, one of whom threatened and assaulted them and tried to steal their property, according to police.

After executing search warrants, collecting evidence and several weeks of interviews, the Concord Police Department arrested Ballam-Quiah on April 3. He was transported to the department and processed without incident, according to police.

Ballam-Quiah was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections after he refused services from a bail commissioner. He was arraigned in Concord District Court on April 6.
