The Barley House Restaurant and Tavern closed its Seacoast location for good Thanksgiving weekend after owners decided not to renew their lease.

“Our time in North Hampton has been positive and humbling,” said owner Brian Shea. “So many people have supported The Barley House - staff, locals, travelers, first-timers, and regulars. We are honored to have been part of such a close-knit community like no other.”

Shea said he will continue to operate his popular Concord location at 132 North Main St., not far from New Hampshire’s Statehouse.

“We will miss our friends, but welcome all to stop by our Concord location,” Shea said. “If you need a burger fix, we will continue to be here for you - just a little further down the road!”
