A Hooksett man was arrested in Bow Friday night after leading police on a chase that ended on a snowmobile trail in Nottingcook Forest, police say.

Police say an officer had attempted to stop Bobby Tremblay, 38, on Main Street in Hooksett for a traffic violation about 9:15 p.m.

Tremblay continued on, police say, and led officers from multiple departments through Hooksett and into Bow, eventually driving through a resident’s yard.

When Tremblay drove onto a Class 6 portion of Woodhill Hooksett Road, Hooksett police deployed a side-by-side ATV to access the road and surrounding trails. Tremblay’s car was spotted on a snowmobile trail, and he was arrested without incident.

Tremblay is charged with driving while intoxicated – subsequent offense; reckless operation; disobeying a police officer and criminal mischief. He was released on personal recognizance.

Officers from Dunbarton and the state police assisted the Bow and Hooksett police departments.
