Police officer loses job for lying about fatal pursuit

DOVER — A former Dover police officer who didn’t tell the truth about a pursuit that preceded two local men being killed in a March 2021 crash on Sixth Street had his certification to work as an officer permanently revoked Tuesday.

Killian Kondrup, who was fired in Dover because of his dishonesty, appeared in a hearing before the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council Tuesday. He and Dover Police Chief William Breault testified about the double fatality at the hearing.
