I’ve known state representative candidate Michael Moffett for four years.
Mike doesn’t like to talk about himself, so I will.
Mike is a teacher, author, sports columnist, retired Marine Corps officer, and former citizen legislator. He brings his experience, work ethic, and passion into everything he does. In 2017, on his own initiative, Mike created the Annual Legislative Softball Classic, a sports contest fundraiser that brought together Republicans and Democrats in common cause.
The games raised tens of thousands of dollars for homeless and transitioning New Hampshire veterans. Mike did this by reaching across the aisle and putting people above politics for the greater good.
Mike is a statesman, not a politician, and many of us hope the good voters of Canterbury and Loudon will send him back to Concord on Nov. 3.
