Seven different players scored for the Manchester Monarchs on Friday but Quentin Shore’s 11th goal of the season was the most important as it came 3:35 into overtime in a 7-6 win over the Adirondack Thunder on the road.

Shore also dished an assist for Manchester (22-10-1), which snapped a three-game losing streak. Derek Arnold also scored a goal and chipped in two assists, while Teddy Doherty and Ed Wittchow provided two helpers each.

The two teams scored a combined seven goals in the second period and the Monarchs overcame a 5-2 deficit with four straight goals over a 16-minute span.

Manchester hosts the Thunder tonight at 6 p.m.
