Seniors need affordable way to keep fit

I was so pleased about the Senior Open House Week in Concord, as I have been wanting to get involved in some exercise. I used to exercise at the Centennial Senior Center before it closed. So I went to the Y today, but it didn't have a single exercise machine that I could use. I am really disappointed. 0
