Key players: MV – Ashlyn Fortier (3 goals), Corinne Palhof (2 goals), Jules Palhof (goal), Izzy Navoy (goal), Sierra Mercer (goal), Taiylor Stinson (goal), Sydney Bailey (2 assists)

Highlights: The Pride got on the board early and surpassed its season-high mark of two goals a game by halftime. MV controlled possession and took advantage of chances in the attacking third in the second half, while a scrappy Plymouth team picked up a couple chances in the Pride’s defensive end.

Coach’s quote: “I am pleased that we were able to improve on finishing. We have been struggling to break through and score more than two goals per game. Hopefully, this helps us against Pembroke on Saturday.” – MV’s Kylee Yam
