Key players: Hopkinton – Avery Condon (2 goals), Owen Wuellenweber (assist), Colby Boissy (4 saves)

Highlights: Condon scored in the 72nd minute to tie the game and then found the back of the net 90 seconds into overtime to lift the Hawks to a victory. Noah Aframe played a ball to Wuellenweber for a shot and Condon put away the rebound for the game-tying goal, and Wuellenweber played a nice ball across the box for Condon to finish inside the near post for the game-winning strike. The Saints went up 1-0 on a breakaway in the 32nd minute.

Coach’s quote:  “Today’s match had a big game feel, as No. 1 and undefeated St. Thomas came to play No. 2 Hopkinton on Senior Night and then the game lived up to the hype. Goalkeeper Colby Boissy played an excellent game tonight, catching some dangerous shots and confidently intercepting crosses.” – Hopkinton’s Scott Zipke

Records: Hopkinton 11-1; St. Thomas 9-1
