If the average senior retired state of New Hampshire employee had as much trouble as I did in switching mail order pharmacies, per the new contract with Anthem, then I feel your pain. Switching from the old mail order pharmacy, Express Scripts, to the one specified by Anthem took me four hours over a two-day period. If that is the average time, then the New Hampshire Retirement System dropped the ball, big time.
