Donald Trump has once again shown himself to be a coward, a liar and a racist. This time, by saying that Kamala Harris represented herself not to be Black, but instead to be of only of Indian heritage. The plain facts prove that wrong. Trump clearly did this for racist purposes, to stir up those of his supporters who are bigoted and to look tough at a gathering of Black journalists, where he made the statement. This is not an isolated racist act by DJT.

He railed with the “birther” claim against President Obama even though it was patently false, as Obama was born in Hawaii. He also took out a full page add in the NY Times asking for the death penalty for the Central Park Five, Black teenagers who were ramrodded into false confessions of a crime. Trump never apologized for calling for teenagers to be put to death based upon confessions which were coerced by NYC police. Shameful conduct by DJT then and shameful conduct by DJT now.
