Merrimack County Registrar of Deeds Election

I write as a candidate for the Office of Merrimack County Registrar of Deeds in the Democratic Primary on Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2024. I have been a resident of Concord for more than 45 years. I have practiced as a New Hampshire attorney engaged in real estate transactions and title conveyancing for the last 40 years in the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds, primarily, but also in the 9 other registries of deeds throughout NH. I am asking the voters of Merrimack County to vote for me on the Democratic ballot where my name is printed. If a voter is taking a Republican ballot, I would ask them to write in my name "Mark R. Dunn". in the blank under the Office of Registrar of Deeds. There is no one who filed for the position of Registrar of Deeds on the Republican side. I would like to publicize the function(s) of the office of the Registry of Deeds by explaining what the Registry does which is the library for all records pertaining to real estate in any town in Merrimack County. I plan to be available to any citizen who comes to the Registry to ask what the Registry does for them and assist them in looking up the title to their own real property. Thank you for your support on Primary Day.
