Letter: Let there be no mistaken identity

I think it’s important to clarify that the Andy Sanborn running for state representative from Tilton and Sanbornton is not the former state senator from Bedford who has been arrested for allegedly misrepresenting his casino’s income to receive more COVID-19 relief funds. Our Andy Sanborn is a lifelong resident of Sanbornton who serves on multiple town committees.

He is a hard-working, honest, down-to-earth New Englander who will focus on economic stimulus programs that will put money into the hands of the people who need it and will spend it; ensuring public education dollars go to the public schools and nowhere else; providing incentive for clean energy including solar power installations; feeding our children free school breakfast and lunch, which is a small investment with high dividends. I will be voting for Andy on Nov. 5 and I encourage Tilton and Sanbornton voters to join me.
