Letter: Political signs

I enjoyed the article, “What do you do with political signs?” but it did not answer the question asked. I know it is illegal to damage or remove a sign that some else has put up. But now the election is over and candidates have until Nov. 15 to remove their signs.

So does that mean we can remove any remaining signs in the public way after the 15th before they get plowed into a snowbank or blown out into a field?
