Off-ice hockey skating and shooting spring session lessons are available beginning Monday (30-60 minutes), seven days a week, hosted by Bow Coach Tim Walsh. Lessons will be conducted at 10 Evergreen Drive in Bow. Skating instruction will be conducted on the Russian Box, which focuses on stride lengthening, efficiency and power. Shooting instruction will be held in Coach Walshโs shooting tank. Players will receive progressive instruction on shot release, increased velocity and accuracy.
