Death and suicide

Suicide is killing oneself, therefore, what is sometimes called “physician-assisted suicide” may be physician-assisted death but it is not suicide.

It must be remembered that the relationship between the physician and the patient is absolutely sacrosanct. If a is physician-assisted death is thought to be suspicious, perhaps any investigation should involve the medical society or other accrediting association.
