Keri Pagnozzi

An active search is currently underway for a patient who went missing from Concord Hospital.

The missing patient, identified as Keri Pagnozzi, 46, is a New Hampshire Hospital patient who was receiving care at Concord Hospital when she left the facility without permission, authorities said in a press release. New Hampshire Hospital treats patients with mental illness.

Pagnozzi was last seen in the Rum Hill Road area wearing a black T-shirt, gray sweatpants and green sneakers. Pagnozzi is approximately 5 feet 4 inches with gray hair styled in a crew cut.

Authorities said she is not believed to pose a threat to the public.

The New Hampshire State Police is assisting members of the State Office Complex Police Force and the Concord Police Department in the search for Pagnozzi. Anyone who sees Pagnozzi should immediately call 911.
