The Kiwanis Club of Concord recently held our 61st annual Kiwanis Spring Fair. Proceeds are used to support numerous youth programs in the greater Concord area.
The success of this event is in large part due to of the participation of many volunteers: members of our club, their friends and family, sponsors, and members of the three local high school Key Clubs that are sponsored by our club.
The club would like to thank all those who helped make this event possible including: City of Concord Everett Arena, Concord Police Department, the Concord Patch, the Concord Insider, theConcord Monitor, Concord Community TV, Miller Amusements, Granite State Roller Derby, Kona Ice of NH, Promania Event Rentals, Boy Scout Troop 86, Bill Davis, Concord High Key Club, Merrimack Valley Key Club, and Pembroke Academy Key Club.
Proceeds of our annual fair are used to support the community through youth sports team sponsorships, book scholarships, financial support to the three local Key Clubs at Concord High School, Merrimack Valley High School and Pembroke Academy and donations to Camp Spaulding and the Capital Region Food Program.
Finally, and most importantly, a special thank you to all those who attended this year. Next yearโs fair will take place May 18 to 21. See you there!
