Chris DeForest of Cottekill, N.Y. won the 81st New Hampshire Open at Owl’s Nest Resort & Golf Club in Thornton. Cottekill won with a three-day score of 10-under par 206. Joe Leavitt of Atkinson was the highest N.H. golfer, finishing 13th with a 211. Bow’s Doug Champagne finished 36th with a 223.

Bruce Langley and Tom Bell won the two-ball best ball event at Concord Country Club with a score of 62. Second place was a three-way tie between Glenn Sylvester and Doug Duval, Tim O’Meara and Bill McAvoy and Kevin Thomas and Bill McAvoy, who all shot 63.

A division

Foothills Physical Therapy defeated White Men Can’t Jump, 75-37. Foothills was led by Sam Marquis (19 points) and Isaac Marquis (8 points, 10 assists). Max Sullivan chipped in 11 points for White Men Can’t Jump.

CRW Landscaping beat Lakes Region, 71-67. CRW was led by Joe Bell (29 points) and Ben Powell (11 points). Zach Stevens led Lakes Region with 31 points.

New Heights Roofing defeated Swim NH, 82-60. Kyle Jensen (22 points) and Derek Jensen (20 points) paced New Heights. Brad Rhodes led Swim NH with 17 points.

B division

Medicus beat Brochu, 64-62. Medicus was led by Todd Shackford (25 points) and Taylor Caron (23 points). Jorge Barrentios paced Brochu with 19 points.

White Men Can’t Jump defeated Huskies, 77-55. Ben Graycroft (20 points) and Max Sullivan (16 points) led White Men Can’t Jump. Solo led Huskies with 15 points.

Naturals defeated White Mountain Fiberglass, 85-52. Justin Abbott (20 points) and Jeff Wheeler (16 points) paced Naturals. Nate Fuller chipped in 23 points for White Mountain Fiberglass.

C division

Muniz defeated Gelo, 62-41. Nick Muniz (21 points) and Jay Muniz (12 points) led Muniz. Travis Miller paced Gelo with 15 points.

IDC beat Pete’s Painting, 62-58. Chris Mahoney (23 points) and Aaron Gaudette (18 points) led IDC. Zac Centra paced Pete’s with 18 points.

Boost defeated Purple Reign, 54-49. Boost was led by Jesse Mitchell (14 points) and Zach Seaverns (12 points). Max Yee pitched in 13 points for Purple Reign.

Over 35 division

Joe Kings defeated Concord Insiders, 68-56. Joe Kings was led by Jason Syverson (20 points) and Kenny Potter (15 points). Shawn Croteau chipped in 12 points for the Insiders.

Distinguished Gentlemen beat Avalanche Screen Printing, 77-65. Aaron Lopez (22 points) and Jeff Joseph (17 points led the Gents. Mark Porter paced Avalanche with 22 points.

UP2U Fitness defeated Vanacore Law, 61-49. Bill Tanguay and Dan Chapman both chipped in 11 points for UP2U. Solo led Vanacore with 22 points.

Local standout

Concord’s Garrett Jewell, formerly of Ohio University, went 2-for-2 with an RBI and stolen base in the Malden Maddogs’ 10-7 loss to the McKay Club Beacons in the Yawkey Baseball League.
