JV results

Makayla Cuturier, Kayla Houle, Cambell Johnson and Chloe Astholz each scored two goals as the John Stark girls’ soccer team netted 11 in a win against Kingswood. Racheal Keon, Madelina Spincean and Alison L’Heareaux each scored one for the Generals.

The Bow JV field hockey improved to 8-1 with a win over Kearsarge. Elizabeth Guertin and Jillian Roberts scored for the Falcons. Lucy Day and Isabell Dolcino also played well.

The Bow High School JV girls’ soccer team defeated St. Thomas, 3-0. Sarah Martin (goal, assist), Brianna Boone (goal), Delaney Provost (goal), Lara Chern (assist), and Jamie MacEachron (assist) led Bow’s offensive efforts. Grace Jordan picked up the shutout in net.

The Hopkinton boys’ JV soccer team tied Mascoma, 2-2. Dylan Clark scored first for Hopkinton and then assisted on a goal from Corey Breault.

Middle school results

The Weare Wildcats field hockey team defeated the Rundlett “B” field hockey team, 1-0. Sydnee Pelletier recorded the shutout in net for the Wildcats. Aubrey Fischer scored the game’s loan goal on an assist from Molly Coyle.

Hopkinton’s middle school field hockey team lost to Winnisquam, 6-1. Abby Condon scored for Hopkinton after receiving a pass from Sophie Sullivan. Newcomer Brooklyn Tanuvasa had a great defensive game. Julia Blais did well in goal with 12 saves.

NHTI results

Concord’s Jacob Silverstein scored a goal as the NHTI men’s soccer team (4-2) beat Vermont Technical College, 5-0. Pembroke’s Jeremy Caruso had a goal and an assist for the Lynx and Pembroke’s Justus Turck added a goal of his own.

NH Comets softball will be hosting free clinics on Tuesday evenings in September. These clinics will be open to all organizations and ages. The clinics will run from 5:30-7 p.m. at Sanel Park.
