Division I quarterfinals

No. 6 Timberlane (9-5-1) at No. 3 Concord (9-5-1), 1 p.m.

HEAD TO HEAD: Concord beat Timberlane, 2-0, on Oct. 14.

PREVIOUS TOURNAMENT GAMES: Timberlane beat No. 11 Dover, 4-0, in the preliminary round. Concord had a bye.

NOTES: These two teams met in the last game of the regular season in Concord less than a week ago. If that game was any indication, the rematch should be tight. The game was scoreless at halftime before the Crimson Tide got second-half goals from Lauren Mullen and Olivia Branch, and an assist from Becca Proulx. That decision pushed Concord’s winning streak to seven. The Tide has outscored opponents 12-2 during that stretch and its last loss came against top-seeded Winnacunnet, 1-0 on Sept. 19. Timberlane lost three of its last four to end the season, but the Owls seemed to get back on track with their decisive four-goal win over Dover.
