Dave Ferruolo earned licensure as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW). He is the psychotherapist and behavioral health specialist at HealthFirst Family Care Center in Laconia. Ferruolo is working on his doctorate at Plymouth State University researching equine-facilitated psychotherapy and the psychological issues of combat-exposed veterans.

Margaret Franckhauser, chief executive officer of Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice, will step down in December to become the executive director of the Next Fifty Initiative, a Colorado-based grant-making foundation dedicated to seniors.

Kelby Mackell was hired as administrative assistant for New Hampshire Children’s Trust, leading New Hampshire’s drive to eliminate child abuse and neglect. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and justice studies.

Loren White was promoted to store manager at the Blue Seal company store in Bow. He has been with the company for 38 years, serving as assistant manager at the Milford location during much of that time.

Cindy Bates, PHR, CHT, was re-elected to the board of directors of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers by her hospitality industry peers across the country. She is the director of training at The Common Man.

Debbie Irwin was promoted to assistant vice president, marketing programs officer for New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp. She will oversee events, community outreach and support, scholarship programs, advertising and business banking campaigns for Meredith Village Savings Bank and Merrimack County Savings Bank. She also leads the advertising and marketing efforts for MillRiver Wealth Management.
