Paul Fleming of Paul V. Fleming & Sons works on building a “catio,” a three-season outdoor space for cats, at the N.H. Humane Society in Laconia. Local architect Misiaszek Turpin designed the screened-in, two-room gazebo for the more than 100 cats living at the shelter.
