Alicia Sander-Zakre , daughter of Sheila Zakre and Bob Sanders, graduated magna cum laude from Tufts Univerisity in Medford, Mass. She is employed as the research assistant in Arms Control and Nuclear Nonproliferation at The Brookings Institution, Washington, D.C.
