Franklin’s Dana Bean tallied his seventh double-double of the season for the Colby-Sawyer men’s basketball team Saturday in an 83-75 conference win over New England College in New London.

Bean, a freshman, finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds for the Chargers (10-11), while Bishop Brady graduate Jourdain Bell led all scorers with 24 points on 11-for-17 shooting.

The Chargers, who have won three of their last four, host Johnson State on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
