What was the highlight of your season? The highlight of my season was how our team came together in support for our coach (my dad) and my teammate’s dad in their fight against cancer. Our team motto was “We Stand Together” which was represented on our warm-up shirts and ribbons that we wore before each game throughout the season.

Who was the unsung hero of your team? Sara Osborne is the unsung hero because she’s maybe 4-11, but she can shoot. She hit those 3’s when we needed them the most.

What was the biggest surprise of the season? The biggest surprise for our team was being told our coach wouldn’t be there for the beginning of the season and we weren’t exactly sure when he would return. Generously, our athletic director, Kevin O’Brien, took his place for however long we needed him.

If you could improve high school basketball in New Hampshire, what would you do? I would add a shot clock. There are too many situations where it’s a 2 point game in the fourth quarter and the team who is up holds the ball.

Do you have any sports superstitions? If so, what are they? During the National Anthem I always have to count the stars and stripes on the flag.

What’s your favorite pre-game meal? This is unhealthy but…Dunkin’ Donuts.

If someone was going to make a movie of your season, who would play your coach? Who would play you? Will Smith and Willow Smith. The only father-daughter duo I can think of.

What was the last gift you gave someone? I gave my friend an ice coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts because she got a 100 on her test and I wanted to reward her with a brew.

Describe the color yellow to someone who is blind. It’s like sunbathing, warmth and the feeling of happiness.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently? Being asked how to describe the color yellow to a blind person.

A penguin walks into your school wearing a sombrero. What does he say and why is he there? “Hola, does anybody have any ice?”

If you could have dinner with any three people, who would it be? And what would you serve? Spongebob, Colonel Sanders (KFC dude) and Adam Sandler. I would serve Applebee’s food because it is my favorite and the Colonel might want to try something different than chicken.

If you got a $1 million to start a company, what would you do? I would start a home interior design company.

If you had to go on a talent show, what would you do? I’d go with my basketball team and perform High School Musical’s “Get’cha Head in the Game.”

What inspires you? My dad. He pushes me and supports me every day to be my best. He put our team first before his own personal adversity and has amazing strength.
