For the next month, if you want to watch great dancers, there is no better place to go than the Concord City Auditorium.

Seven dance studios in the area will hold shows and recitals at the Audi this month.

On Saturday at 1 p.m., Dancesteps Etc. of Epsom will have its annual spring performance. This year’s show is named “Dancing with Grace from Place to Place.”

The next day at 12:30 p.m., Creative Dance Workshop of Bow will hold its annual recital. For more information, visit nhdances.com.

The following weekend, McKenna Dance Center in Concord will have its recital on June 10 at 2 p.m. For more information, visit gotomckennas.com.

Eastern Ballet Institute in Concord will present Alice in Wonderland on June 11 at 2 p.m. Brooklyn Ficek, 18, will dance in the role of Alice.

Tickets are $15 at the door or available by contacting the studio. There will also be raffles for a kayak from Contoocook River Canoe Company or a one-hour massage from Akasha Massage and Bodywork of Concord.

Pointe of interest

Eastern Ballet Institute will be holding auditions for a new Nutcracker ballet on June 15 and 16 for children age 8 to 18. Register for a time slot by calling 731-3471 or emailing easternballetinstitutenh@gmail.com.

The new show will be held in December at the Capitol Center for the Arts with orchestration perform by Concord High School students.
