Osher Lifelong Learning Institute’s Concord volunteers were honored at an event at Beech Hill Farm.
Eyes twinkling and tongues lapping, Concord volunteers enjoyed the second annual Volunteer Appreciation event. Known for its more than 75 flavors of ice cream, adorable baby farm animals, beautiful plants, creative garden decor and so much more, Beech Hill was definitely the attraction as Concord said a heartfelt “thank you” to those members and presenters who made the year such a success.
The program also featured special recognition to Diana Ryan as she retired from the Central Committee after many years of service.
Meanwhile, the Manchester branch of OLLI held their volunteer appreciation event June 16 at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church. More than 200 volunteers who teach some 500 members.
