Consider helping a local teem in need on Saturday, Sept. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by bringing old belongings to the yard sale she will host at 150 Pembroke St. The rain date will be Sept. 16. Jordyn is eager to start her collegiate career, studying marine biology at University of New England. But a recent diagnosis with a very painful, unusual neurologival syndrome means she needs to make 11 long trips, in the course of the year ahead, over 400 miles away, to be part of a medical clinical trial to help ease her symptoms. Every penny raised from this event will help Jordyn get well and get back to pursuing her dreams. Spread the word. Donate. Arrange pick up and deliveries. Come and buy! There will even be a jewelry business liquidation sale as well as canned and baked goods for sale all day. For more information about Jordyn’s or this event, call 832-6428 or visit gofundme.com.
